Before joining ARC Group, Jerry built extensive expertise in M&A and equity research during his time at Lazard and CICC. At ARC Group, he leverages his deep knowledge across sectors such as healthcare, EV & automotive, consumer, and fintech, with a particular focus on healthcare transactions.

Andrew started his career in the UK working in the Accountancy, Taxation and Assurance field for over a decade. He then moved to the Middle East in 2017 and prior to joining ARC Group Andrew worked as the UAE Country Manager and Group Finance Manager for a prominent regulated fintech firm in the GCC.

Miranda started her career in corporate banking and then accumulated experience among senior positions in finance functions. She has been working as an Associate in ARC Group since 2021 and elevated a systematic understanding of capital market operations and regulatory frameworks through in-depth participation in projects spanning IPO advisory, SPAC and De-SPAC and more.
