Facing a highly competitive market with shrinking policy support, the client engaged ARC Group to develop its “15th Five-Year” (2026–2030) strategic plan, covering market forecasting, technology trends, product portfolio, supply chain integration, financial planning, strategic investment, and IPO planning.
ARC Group applied Huawei DSTE (Develop Strategy To Execution) methodology and BLM (Business Leadership Model), leveraging desktop market data analysis, policy review, competitor benchmarking, customer and expert interviews, and workshops. Through cross-functional workshops with R&D, sales, marketing, after-sales and top management engagement, the team ensured that insights were directly translated into actionable strategies. Key deliverables included product portfolio and market focus recommendations across four commercial vehicle segments including heavy-duty trucks, light trucks, pickups and vans, a comprehensive market outlook, and tailored go-to-market strategies.
