Sourcing Survey 2025: Digitalization and Smart Supply Chain

Since 2013, ARC Group has been conducting annual sourcing surveys to assess the evolving perception of Asia as a sourcing market and to track changes over time. The 2025 survey examines how companies are reconfiguring their supply chains to prioritize resilience, regional diversification, and risk management in the face of ongoing geopolitical, economic, and logistical pressures. This year’s findings reveal a decisive shift toward “China Plus Multiple” strategies, accelerating digital adoption, and stronger ESG compliance, with Southeast Asia, South Asia, and North America emerging as key complementary sourcing hubs. The survey also highlights how leading companies are building flexibility, visibility, and long-term competitiveness into their sourcing models for the years ahead.
